Business Director

Define the multi-year social strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube; regional networks as relevant).
Translate brand pillars, campaigns, and product narratives into channel-specific content roadmaps.
Lead always-on and campaign planning: audience segmentation, messaging architecture, content mix, and publishing cadence.
Set the framework for creator/partner collaborations and employee advocacy; negotiate and oversee key partnerships.
Build and mentor a high-performing team (managers, strategists, community, creators), plus manage agencies/freelancers.
Establish governance: tone of voice, playbooks, escalation protocols, and social customer care alignment.
Own social analytics, experimentation, and learning agendas—brief insights studies, run A/B tests, and optimize.

8–12+ years in social/digital strategy, including brand-side or top-tier agency experience; 3+ years leading teams.
Proven track record building social ecosystems for multi-market brands (B2B and/or B2C).
Deep platform fluency (formats, algorithms, signals, community dynamics) and sharp creative judgment.
Strong data literacy: funnel mapping, cohort analysis, attribution basics, and translating insight into action.
Experience with influencer/creator programs and partnerships at scale.
Excellent communication in English (additional languages a plus).
Bias for collaboration, ownership, and experimentation.
